Can’t log into your account?

If you haven't already, please go to your Account Page to re-register by clicking "Create Account." You won't have to sign up all over again—just enter your password, and voilà!

Trouble with a return?

For all orders placed prior to 11/1, please continue with the old returns process (print your FedEx label and follow the steps below):
  • Visit your Account Dashboard on the M.M. website.
  • Next to your order number, click "Return Label."
  • From there, you can select "Print Return Label" and affix it to the packaging you received your order in.
  • You can drop off your package at your nearest FedEx or Drop Box location and you can expect to receive your refund within 7 business of receipt. 

For all orders placed 11/1 and going forward, please click here to initiate a return with our partner Happy Returns. After you’ve filled out what you are returning, you will have the option to return via mail or at a Happy Returns Bar.
